Honors: Block 5--Using sentence models on page 9 of green book, create your own sentences using one of your vocabulary from Lesson 5. So, you will use four of the vocabulary words from Lesson 5.

Read "The Ground is Always Damp" on page 535 and write sentences which show sensory details. You need one sentence at least for each sense on your index card.

Standard: No homework unless you didn't read Chapter 7 in Charlotte Doyle last night. You were supposed to also write a journal entry and at least one example of foreshadowing.
